Wei Xiaogang currently serves as Vice President and Customer Success Officer of Midea Groups Meiyun Zhishu. With extensive experience in manufacturing digital transformation and industrial internet, he has been deeply involved in implementing Midea Groups "Digital Intelligence-Driven" strategy. His core responsibilities include developing digital transformation solutions for enterprise clients, managing customer success operations, and fostering ecosystem collaborations. He leads initiatives in AI+manufacturing, Lighthouse Factory, and industry-education integration. At our university, Wei will leverage his expertise to advance corporate empowerment research in digital operations and AI applications, integrate cutting-edge technologies like AIGC with talent development and scientific innovation, and elevate the institutions teaching and research standards in these fields.
Xing Chengyu currently serves as the General Manager of the Industry Ecosystem Department at Midea Groups Meiyun Zhishu. With 20 years of work experience at Midea Group, he has held various positions including Lean Management Head of the Group and Business Units, Factory Director, Director of the Lean Management Department, Deputy General Manager of Digital Operations at Meiyun Zhishu, and General Manager of the Industry Ecosystem Department. He was deeply involved in the full-process implementation of Mideas MBS and the "632" digital transformation project. He led the intelligent lean transformation of the MBS pilot factory in the Home Appliances Business Unit and spearheaded a full-value-chain lean transformation project covering manufacturing, R&D, functional departments, and suppliers. With extensive leadership experience in lean transformation and intelligent manufacturing management, operations, and implementation, he holds the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from China Quality Association and the MBS Black Belt certification from Midea Group. In fields such as intelligent manufacturing, lighthouse factory planning and construction, enterprise big data operations, and AI+manufacturing integration, Xing Chengyu possesses solid theoretical foundations and practical capabilities. His appointment will further strengthen the schools practical teaching and research capabilities in the field of intelligent manufacturing, helping the school build a distinctive "automation-lean-digital-intelligent" four-dimensional talent cultivation system.
