On March 7, Shenyang Institute of Technology jointly held an exchange meeting on the "Andersen IP-themed AI Animation Cooperation Project" with enterprises and industrial institutions including Beijing Bozhang Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. and Andersen (China) Brand Management Co., Ltd. All parties reached a preliminary intent on project cooperation. This cooperation marks the university's important exploration in the fields of international IP development, AI digital cultural and creative industries, and industry-education collaborative talent cultivation, building a high-quality practical platform for the university to foster interdisciplinary application-oriented talents in the digital and intelligent era. Chen Feixiang, Chairman of Andersen (China) Brand Management Co., Ltd., Bai Chen, General Manager of Beijing Bozhang Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd., together with Wang Zhaobao, Chairman of Shenyang Institute of Technology, Chen Jia, Director, and Xu ying, Vice President, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Wang Zhaobao introduced the university's development in running school. He stated that Shenyang Institute of Technology has always kept pace with the national strategic steps, taken the actual industrial demands as the guide, and regarded industry-education integration as its core development strategy. The university has co-founded 21 modern industrial colleges with leading enterprises such as Huawei and Midea, and is also among the first batch of universities in China to deploy the DeepSeek large model, creating a leading AI education ecosystem. Adhering to talent cultivation driven by real projects and building real educational scenarios, the Andersen IP-themed AI Animation Cooperation Project is an important practice for the university to implement the concept of "Artificial Intelligence + Education", which achieves the in-depth integration of artistic creation and digital technology, and the effective connection between talent cultivation and market practice. The university will integrate high-quality internal and external resources to fully guarantee the high-quality implementation of the project, temper the innovative and creative abilities of teachers and students through project practice, and cultivate interdisciplinary application-oriented talents that meet the development needs of the digital and intelligent era.

After in-depth exchanges and discussions, all parties reached a preliminary consensus on core matters such as project division of labor, time nodes and intellectual property rights, and formally set up a special project working group, providing organizational guarantee for the subsequent advancement of the project. In the future, Shenyang Institute of Technology will work hand in hand with cooperation partners to carry out cooperation around four core directions: adaptation of Andersen's classic stories, AI animation production, development of cultural and creative products and international cultural communication. It will promote the accurate connection and efficient integration of educational resources and industrial resources, build a full-chain collaborative innovation system of "teaching-practice-creation-transformation", inject new impetus into the high-quality development of China's digital cultural and creative industry while cultivating professional talents in the digital cultural and creative field.
Prior to the exchange meeting, the attending guests also visited on the spot the modern industrial colleges of the university, such as the Huawei-Shenyang Institute of Technology Modern Industrial College and the Shenyang Institute of Technology-Midea Digital Lighthouse College, and got a close understanding of the university's characteristics in running school and the achievements of industry-education integration. They spoke highly of the university's advanced school-running philosophy of "establishing majors along the industrial chain" and the school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation model of "Six Co-operations and Five Integrations".
