On June 15th,Ceremony for the laying of the foundation stone of  Feng Yong International Low-altitude Economics and Technology College of Shenyang Institute of Technology were held in the Institute in response to the national low-altitude economic development strategy,  to deepen the integration and innovation of production and education, and to inherit Feng Yong University's century-old spirit of serving the country by aviation, The establishment of this Technology College marks a key step taken by SIT in responding to the national low-altitude economic development strategy and deepening the integration of production and education as the first industrial college in Northeast China focusing on the cultivation of international low-altitude economic and technical talents,. It also takes the century-old spirit of "serving the country by aviation" as its core and injects core kinetic energy into the trillion-level blue ocean of low-altitude economy in China and even the world. The participants engaged in  this ceremony including Zhang Wenqi, President of Feng Yong Research, Xuan Chunlei, President of China Urban Commercial Network Construction Federation, Chen Jia, Executive Vice Chairman of International Cooperation and Exchange Committee of College Graduates Employment Association, Wang Zhaobao, Chairman of our school, Wang Qinuo, Assistant Chairman, Hu Xiaomei, Party Secretary and Li Kangju, President of SIT.

In his speech, Zhang Wenqi traced back with everyone the magnificent history of Mr. Feng Yong and Feng Yong University he founded. He said that Yan Baohang, the pioneer of modern education in Northeast China, devoted himself to education in 1918 and spread the kindling of knowledge. In 1924, Mr. Feng Yong founded Daye Industrial Vocational School, embarking on the path of education to save the country. In 1925,  Mr. Feng Yong met with Mr. Li Dazhao and strengthened his educational ideal introduced by my grandfather Zhang Xueshu, In 1927, Daye Industrial College has upgraded to Feng Yong University, and its school-running idea goes the same way as that of Mr. Yan Baohang, both aiming at educating the country, enriching the people and saving the nation from danger. For several years, the ideas advocated by Mr. Feng  and General Zhang Xueliang have been passed down from generation to generation, and over the past four decades , countless educators have continued to strive. Thanks SIT for  taking over the baton of inheritance and allowing this history to shine brightly in the new era. Feng Yong University will celebrate its centenary in 2027. We will look forward to taking this opportunity to promote the great rejuvenation of Chinese culture and rejuvenate the national spirit.

Xuan Chunlei said in his speech that the three years from 2025 to 2027 will be completed and deployed as china's low-altitude economic and industrial development layout, and the layout of the entire commercial outlets will be carried out. During the three years, the systematic construction of the entire low altitude economy applied to the national economy, industry, agriculture, commerce, and cultural tourism. Therefore, 5 years would be prepared to complete the strategic layout . Shenyang Institute of Technology established Feng Yong International Institute of Low-altitude Economics and Technology at this starting point in 2025, which grasped the whole new productivity and the development direction of China's economy. Also, SIT has left a deep impression on me in the development of new productive forces and the docking with world-class enterprises so as to set a very good example in the fields of applying what you have learned, specializing in what you have learned, and specializing in what you have learned. I hope SIT will have the opportunity to join the project of "the belt and road initiative" International Low-altitude Economic and Industrial Demonstration Park. In the future, China Urban Commercial Network Construction Federation and China Committee of International General Aviation Association will fully support the development of Feng Yong International Low-altitude Institute of Economics and Technology.

Chen Jia pointed out in his speech that this establishment is an important achievement of the deep integration of higher education and low-altitude economic industry, and is in line with the country's strategic background of promoting low-altitude economic development. The International Cooperation and Exchange Working Committee of College Graduates Employment Association will support the development of the college from three aspects: First, it will provide talent training and employment services, and with the help of the association's advantages in the field of employment services in colleges and universities, it will enhance students' employment competitiveness and help high-quality employment through enterprise job fairs, vocational training and other activities; The second is to promote international cooperation and exchanges, use international resources to build a cooperation platform for the college, assist it to establish cooperative relations with internationally renowned enterprises and educational institutions, carry out student exchange, teacher training and other projects, and enhance its international influence; The third is to promote the docking of industrial resources, integrate low-altitude economic and industrial resources, and promote in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises by organizing industrial forums, project matchmaking meetings and other activities to help industrial development.

Hu Xiaomei said in his speech that Feng Yong, a modern Chinese educator, famous patriotic general and national hero, founded the first western-style private university in China and the first private university in Northeast China. The original intention of the founding was to "rejuvenate the country through industry and cultivate talents first". His biggest wish was for Feng Yong University to reopen when Mr. Feng  passed away in 1981. Patriotism is the national heart and soul of the Chinese nation. To cultivate socialist builders and successors, we must first cultivate students' patriotic feelings. This year marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japan. Today's establishement and ceremony are the best consolation to Mr. Feng Yong.

At the founding ceremony, Zhang Wenqi presented the authorization letter of Feng Yong International Low altitude Economic and Technical College to SIT. Meanwhile, SIT presented Zhang Wenqi with the honorary dean's appointment letter of Feng Yong International Institute of Low altitude Economics and Technology. At the same time, the signing ceremony of Feng Yong International Institute of Low-altitude Economics and Technology and the signing ceremony of cooperation between Shenyang Institute of Technology and Zhongguancun New Energy Development Committee were held. Feng Yong International Low-altitude Institute of Economics and Technology of Shenyang Institute of Technology was officially launched, and the leaders and guests attending the meeting laid the foundation stone for the college. The drone flight show brought by the executive team of the college also demonstrated the innovative vitality of the low-altitude economic field with scientific and technological real scenes.

After the founding conference, the Feng Yong International Institute of Low altitude Economics and Technology at Shenyang Institute of Technology held a seminar on the integration of industry and education simultaneously. At the seminar, Chen Jia and Wang Bowen gave a keynote report entitled "Innovation Leads Future Science and Technology to Achieve Dreams" and Introduction to Feng Yong International Institute of Low-altitude Economics and Technology ". Xuan Chunlei gave a keynote report on "Building a Low-altitude Economic Opening Hub in Northeast Asia and Fengyong Industrial College to Support the" Belt and Road "Low-altitude Economic and Commercial Application Industry Demonstration Park". Experts attending the meeting conducted in-depth discussions on the trend of low-altitude economic industry and the path of talent training.

The birth of Feng Yong International Low-altitude Institute of Economics and Technology of Shenyang Institute of Technology originated from the inheritance of General Feng Yong's spirit of "saving the country by aviation". The establishment of Feng Yong International Low-altitude Economics and Technology College of Shenyang Institute of Technology is not only an important practice of our school's education reform, but also a key measure for Liaoning to implement the high-quality development deployment of low-altitude economy.
