On April 16th, SIT invited Huawei’s senior human resources expert Liu Yu to give a special lecture on employment guidance with the theme of “Lighting up Career Achievements and Wonderful Life”. 800 teachers and students gathered in the school library auditorium to listen to the lecture. Experts deeply analyzed the key points of career planning for students, sharing practical job-seeking skills, help them break through the fog of employment, and clarified their direction of progress.

In response to the time -planning challenges faced by senior students, Liu Yu provides detailed advice for each stage, combining different choices such as postgraduate entrance examination, civil service examination, internship and employment, to help everyone get rid of confusion and procrastination, and quickly enter an efficient preparation or job seeking state. In addition, in the legal protection aspect of internship employment, Liu Yu introduced the basic knowledge of five social insurances and one housing fund, internship types, and explained the key points of labor law in plain language, effectively enhancing students’ awareness of legal protection and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests in future internships and employment.
