On March 16th, the atmosphere in the lecture hall of the School of International Education at our university was lively, and a highly forward-looking and inspiring special report was launched here. The school has invited a human resources management expert from Huawei Global Training Center to deliver a wonderful report titled "Are We a Winning Team? Huawei High Performance Team Practice Sharing". Chairman Wang Zhaobao attended the report meeting and delivered a speech. School leaders, middle-level cadres, professional leaders, and public course managers attended the meeting. The report will be chaired by Principal Li Kangju.

Wang Zhaobao highly praised the significance of this report meeting in his speech. He pointed out that within just six months of delivery, Huawei Shenyang Institute of Technology Modern Industry has undergone three upgrades in hardware and software, highlighting the rapid development of the industry. The future development of schools must firmly grasp two key points: first, we must unwaveringly embrace AI and keep up with the trend of technological development; Secondly, relying on the Industrial College, we will comprehensively promote the optimization and reconstruction of professional construction. He emphasized that on the one hand, Huawei's successful experience has provided valuable reference for the school, and this training is a rare learning opportunity. He hopes that all participants will think deeply, actively explore, and apply what they have learned to practical work. On the other hand, the core purpose of the modern industrial college platform built by the school is to provide teachers with broad entrepreneurial space and cultivate high-quality applied talents guided by industrial demand. He hopes that all faculty and staff will work together to strengthen the foundation of undergraduate teaching, making students the ultimate beneficiaries and contributing to the long-term development of the school and the improvement of educational quality.

Huawei experts use Huawei's excellent practices as a blueprint to analyze the construction logic and operational mechanism of high-performance teams from four closely connected dimensions, layer by layer. At the beginning of "The Mission of Cadres: Leading the Team to Win", he takes the Huawei impression of "Starlight does not care about rushing people" as the starting point, vividly demonstrating Huawei's spirit of hard work and never stopping, clarifying that victory is defined as net profit growth and solid customer service, and elaborating on the responsibilities and missions of cadres; In the section of "One Gun for the Whole Camp: Building a High Performance Organization", he deeply analyzed the elements of high-performance teams, strategic implementation, and the value creation cycle based on fighters. In the section "Keeping Capability Above the Organization: Huawei Organizational Construction Practice", the focus is on the key aspects of organizational construction. He uses Huawei's organizational structure design as an example to demonstrate the design concept of "everything for combat", how to improve the operational efficiency and adaptability of the organization through the combination of process and project rigidity and flexibility. And organizational models such as AT/ST/CT, like "building party organizations in platoons," ensure that organizational leadership and execution go deep into the grassroots, providing solid organizational support for the team; In "We have no way out except for victory: Huawei culture and thinking logic", he shared Huawei's unique battlefield culture, entropy reduction logic, and management innovation and transformation context.

During the interactive session, participants actively communicated and collectively considered how to integrate these concepts and methods into the daily management and teaching work of the school.
