On February 24, the second batch of "Kuka Order class" officially started. 82 outstanding students started their learning journey in the field of intelligent manufacturing. The order class aims to cultivate application-oriented talents, with "equal emphasis on theory and practice, skill and innovation" as the core, through the customized curriculum system and practical teaching mode, to transport high-quality technical skills for the industry, which is an important measure for our school to deepen the integration of production and education and help the advanced intelligent manufacturing industry upgrade.
Looking back in the past, our school and Kuka Robot Co., Ltd. signed the "school-enterprise cooperation order training students Agreement", the first batch of order classes came into being, 30 students participated. At present, this group of students have been to Kuka Robotics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. and its ecological partner company internship. They have accumulated rich practical experience in the internship, and closely combined what they learned in the classroom with practice, not only improving their professional skills, but also laying a solid foundation for their subsequent career development, becoming a successful example of the integration of production and education in the school.
Entering the second batch of " Kuka order class" class, the students are full of spirit, focus on listening to the lecture, and actively participate in the practice. The students demonstrated excellent learning status, not only a positive attitude towards learning, but also outstanding hands-on skills and problem-solving skills. The course content of the order class is closely connected with the job needs of the whole industrial chain of industrial robots, covering cutting-edge core courses such as KR C5 electrical maintenance, KUKA intelligent KR C5 industrial bus technology PROFINET, KUKA Sim simulation software application, KUKA AGV technology and application, and comprehensively improving students' ability of digital design and intelligent system integration.
The course system of this order class focuses on cultivating students' three core abilities: the technical ability of the whole life cycle of industrial robots, from equipment installation and commissioning to intelligent production line operation and maintenance, through the whole process of "practical operation - diagnosis - optimization"; Interdisciplinary system thinking, through the integration of simulation software and AGV technology teaching, improve students' problem-solving ability in complex scenarios; Industry 4.0 adaptability, with industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET as the starting point, to help students build a cognitive framework for intelligent manufacturing systems. The two sides of the school and enterprise jointly customize the course system, introduce real project cases of enterprises, ensure that the teaching content is synchronized with the industry technology iteration, and strive to train "field engineers" with composite ability.
The school also combines the actual needs of the industry to provide professional English training for the students of the order class in line with the work application scenario. English training content is rich and diverse, divided into listening, speaking, reading, writing four parts. The listening part covers multiple topics such as daily maintenance, debugging, robot visual recognition system, etc. Students are asked to summarize the conversation and answer the questions. Oral training involves self-introduction, technical promotion and other aspects; Reading materials include assembly manuals, accident reports, etc.; Writing includes operation instructions, maintenance records and other materials.
The opening of the second batch of "Shengong - Kuka order class" marks a new stage of the integration of production and education in our school.
