The meeting was themed on "deepening teaching reform and implementing high-quality talent training". aimed to enhance digital awareness, promote digital applications, and break down disciplinary barriers. By empowering both the school and enterprises, the meeting aimed to guide teachers to focus teaching reform, cultivate professional, intelligent, and dual-qualified teacher teams, and promote high-quality talent training. The school's chairman Wang Zhaobao, president Kangju, and executive vice president Gong Peiguo, as well as the chairman of Shenyang Haoli Lai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. Zhu, attended the meeting. The director and members of the Economic and Management College Teaching Steering Committee, the heads of various departments of our school, and representatives of teachers students of the Economic and Management College also attended the meeting.

Wang Zhaobao stated that today, with the rapid iteration of digital management methods and the speed at which artificial intelligence is integrating into our lives, it is timely for entrepreneurs to gather at Shenyang Institute of Engineering to discuss the teaching plans of the and Management College. Since 2023, the school has already seen the future path of higher education development as digitalization and corporatization. In one year, the school has built several high-level laboratories and brought digital enterprises onto campus, proving the school's determination for educational reform. Industry-education integration is main line of future development for Shenyang Institute of Engineering. We will bring industry standards, corporate standards, and corporate technology to the school. By partnering with domestic and international companies like Huawei, Kuka, Rockwell, Midea, and Inspur, we aim to improve the teaching level of teachers and the quality talent training through industry-education integration. We hope that entrepreneurs will continue to pay attention to the development of Shenyang Institute of Engineering, offer advice, and a better development path for Shenyang Institute of Engineering students.

Zhu Lin stated that from 2004 to 2024, we witnessed the changes in Shenyang Institute of Engineering, and the past 20 years have demonstrated Shenyang Institute of Engineering's determination for school-enterprise, industry-education integration, and the cultivation of applied talents. In the next 20 years, the teaching steering committee will focus on three aspects of work. First of all, we will continue to strengthen the construction of the teaching steering committee and deepen school-enterprise cooperation. We will continue to practice the model of school-enterprise, strengthen the construction of off-campus practice bases, and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation between the school, enterprises, and graduates. We will focus on promoting the construction of industrial colleges and call on all committee members to actively participate in and cooperate with the school's construction of modern industrial colleges. Secondly, we will break traditional and fixed and expand new areas of cooperation. Committee enterprises and the school will jointly expand the scope of cooperation. In addition to traditional technical cooperation and talent training, we will actively explore cooperation opportunities in corporate culture construction and social responsibility, promoting higher-level and broader win-win development between the school and enterprises, and better implementing all-staff all-process, and all-round education. Thirdly, we will embrace the digitalization and intelligence transformation of the times. The teaching steering committee members will actively face challenges the school, break fixed thinking, and jointly cultivate digital economic and management professionals.

At the meeting, Li Kangju, on behalf of the school, signed cooperation agreements with six new cooperative: Langchaozhuyuan (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd., Midea Group Meiyun Intelligence, Fushun Aris Information Technology Co., Ltd Kingdee Software (China) Co., Ltd. Liaoning Company, Zhongrui Tax and Finance Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., and Dong Loking Network Technology Co., Ltd. Gong Peiguo announced the establishment of the "Modern Industry College Construction Council" and issued appointment certificates to the chairman vice-chairman of the council. Zhu Lin issued appointment certificates to 11 new members of the teaching guidance committee and 2 guest professors. Wu Qion, dean of the School of Economics and Management, reported on the college's work over the past year in terms of college construction, digital transformation, and high-quality cultivation. Huang Genping, general manager of Zhongrui Tax and Finance Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., spoke on behalf of the new enterprises, giving full肯定 to the performance of the 36 students from our school who are currently interns at his company, and looking forward to further strengthening cooperation our school in industry-university research and development, and joint talent cultivation.

Over the years, the Teaching Guidance Committee of the School of Economics and Management has carried out various tasks in professional construction, applied talent cultivation educational reform, faculty team building, innovation and entrepreneurship training, and improvement of students' practical abilities, under the guidance of the "six co" thought of our industry-university cooperation, and has played an irreplaceable role. In the past 20 years, the committee has achieved remarkable results in industry cooperation, from formulating talent cultivation plans, inviting entrepreneurs into classrooms, establishing the Sunshine Scholarship Fund, to comprehensive support for students' internships and employment work, step has been solid and powerful. Since its establishment in 2004, the committee has invited entrepreneurs into classrooms, starting with guiding practical courses, to offering 1000 hours of theoretical and practical courses every year. Some outstanding students were hired by companies immediately after their internships, and they have now grown into backbone forces of the companies. In student science and technology competitions and innovation projects, the companies actively support, with nearly 40% of the annual competition cases coming from the companies.
