Wu Qiong, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor, doctor of laws, served as the dean of the School of Economics and Management and a practicing lawyer at Beijing Dexun Law Firm Shenyang Branch. Professor Wu is also a member of the board of directors of the China Business Statistical Association and an expert in the social science talent pool of Shenyang. Professor Wu specializes in teaching and research in law and economics, and has taught courses such as Economic Law and Business Law. Professor Wu has guided many students to win second and third place prizes in national college student innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and has won many first place prizes in provincial competitions. Professor Wu has participated in the Liaoning Province Teachers' Teaching Competition and the Teachers' Information Teaching Competition, winning first and third place prizes respectively. He has hosted many provincial-level research projects, including those funded by the Liaoning Provincial Social Sciences Fund, the Liaoning Provincial Finance Fund, the Liaoning Provincial Education Department, and the Liaoning Provincial Judiciary Department, and has published 5 papers in core journals of Peking University and written a monograph. He has also edited and co-edited 3 textbooks. Professor Wu has won the title of "Excellent Guidance Teacher of CFCC Smart Economy Competition", "Ten Thousand Talents Program of Liaoning Province-Level Talent", "Overseas Talent of Shenyang Overseas Chinese Association", "Excellent Communist Party Member of Shenyang Institute of Technology", and other honors.
