Hao Zhijian, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor, master of engineering, is the dean of the School of Energy and Water Conservation and a member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Weapon-related Majors in Liaoning Province and a director of the Liaoning Engineering Blasting Industry Association. He is also a special professor at the training school of Shenyang Xiaoying Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd. and a member of the Fireworks and Explosives Subcommittee of the Technical Committee for Coal Mine Safety Standardization of the coal industry. He specializes in teaching and research in the special energy technology and engineering major. He has taught courses such as "Explosives Theory" and "Fireworks Technology". He has guided students to win the second and third place in the national computer competition and the national chemical design competition, and has won many first place awards in the provincial competition. He has hosted a natural science fund project of the Liaoning Science and Technology Department and published more than 10 SCI, EI indexed academic papers and articles in Peking University core journals. He has obtained three patents and edited two textbooks. He has won the titles of "Outstanding Teacher in Chemical Design Competition", "Excellent Teacher at Shenyang Institute of Technology", "Excellent Communist Party Member at Shenyang Institute of Technology", "Advanced Scientific Researcher at Shenyang Institute of Technology", and "Most Beautiful Teacher at Shenyang Institute of Technology".
