It is the season for university enrollment! As freshmen drag their suitcases to Shenyang Institute of Technology and parents accompany their children on this new chapter of college life, SIT brings full‑fledged ceremony and heartfelt warmth to everyone.
One Meal Voucher for the First Hot Meal on Campus
The university issues a 20‑yuan meal voucher to every newly‑enrolled student and accompanying parent. It covers meals for 6,006 families, more than 22,800 people in total.
SIT treats everyone to their first hot meal right upon arrival on campus. With down‑to‑earth kindness, the university receives freshmen and parents travelling from afar and practices its student‑centered philosophy. It is not only heart‑warming but also reassuring.
SIT’s warmth lies in every detail. There are no fancy formalities, only tangible benefits. Hot meals and a thoughtful welcome atmosphere instantly ease the unease of newcomers. This is the unique sense of belonging at Shenyang Institute of Technology!
Freshmen and parents have spoken highly of this special gesture. Let’s read their genuine feedback.
Tan Siqi, Freshman, Veterinary Medicine, School of Life Engineering
"When I checked in, I received meal vouchers for myself and my parents. I was really touched. The university even thinks about little things like meals. Every detail shows care. Coming to SIT feels like coming home. I already have a strong sense of belonging for my upcoming college life."
Bai Yongming, Parent of a Freshman Majoring in Accounting, School of Economics and Management
"I toured the whole campus with my child for registration and truly experienced the strength and heritage of Shenyang Institute of Technology. The campus environment is wonderful. Living and teaching zones are laid out clearly and logically. The canteens are clean and bright with rich, fresh and hygienic food options. Dormitories are equipped with central air‑conditioning and complete living facilities. We parents feel fully assured knowing our child studies in such a beautiful, well‑supported and service‑oriented university."
More Than Warmth — Solid Strength
Thoughtful welcome arrangements represent SIT’s caring spirit, while outstanding educational strength gives students the greatest confidence. While completing registration, many freshmen and parents visited industrial colleges and practical‑teaching bases on campus. They experienced SIT’s industry‑education integration features firsthand and were impressed by the top‑notch hardware facilities.
Lü Zishuo, Freshman, Computer Science and Technology, School of Information and Control Engineering
"After registration, my parents and I visited the industrial colleges. I was amazed by the university’s remarkable educational strength. SIT has built multiple industrial colleges in partnership with leading enterprises including Huawei, Midea and KUKA. Real‑world production lines are moved onto campus, fully equipped with industrial robots and intelligent manufacturing devices. We get access to cutting‑edge industry technologies and work on real corporate projects. Such great investment makes me excited about future studies and confident for employment."
Yin Yongli, Parent of a Freshman Majoring in Robotics Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation
"What impresses me most is the training model of order‑oriented classes and on‑campus production lines. Well‑known enterprises such as KUKA and Huazhong CNC run cooperative order‑oriented classes here. The university advocates the model of "learning with certificates and learning with pay". Students participate in real corporate projects on campus and receive salaries during internships, truly translating knowledge into practical capabilities. The philosophy of "enrollment as employment, training as job placement" connects campus education directly with corporate jobs and addresses parents’ biggest concern about employment. We have full confidence in our child’s growth and future career at SIT."
A hot meal embraces those travelling from afar; professional capabilities pave the way for promising futures. The story of Shenyang Institute of Technology starts with everyday warmth and extends to solid institutional strength. Welcome, new members of SIT!
