A signing ceremony for cooperation between our university and Shanghai Huicheng Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd. was recently held in the lecture hall of the International College. Centering on the development of industrial agents, digital and intelligent talent training, technological innovation and achievement transformation, the two sides signed three key cooperation agreements to build benchmark industry-education integration projects and support the advancement of new industrialization and high-quality regional development. Cheng Yi, Chairman of Shanghai Huicheng Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd., Li Cheng, Director and General Manager, Feng Li, Chief Expert of Intelligent Manufacturing, Guan Yuntao, Researcher from Harbin Veterinary Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Wang Zhaobao, Chairman of our university, Hu Xiaomei, Party Secretary, and Li Kangju, President, attended the ceremony. Vice President Xu Ying presided over the event.
In his address, Cheng Yi stated that this school-enterprise cooperation is an important initiative to conform to industrial development trends and integrate educational and industrial resources. As a national-level specialized, sophisticated, unique and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise and high-tech enterprise, Shanghai Huicheng has long been engaged in intelligent manufacturing, industrial software and industrial agent sectors, boasting independent core technologies and mature industrial resources. Going forward, the enterprise will give full play to its technological and industrial strengths, and collaborate with Shenyang Institute of Technology to advance talent training, technological research and development, and achievement commercialization, jointly cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents, and facilitate the digital and intelligent upgrading of the industry.
In his speech, Wang Zhaobao emphasized that the signing marks a major milestone for the university to deepen industry-education integration and serve the national strategy of new industrialization. The university has built solid expertise in digital and intelligent education and industry-education integration. Leveraging its nationally leading educational platform for intelligent agents and a cluster of modern industrial colleges, it has pioneered the talent cultivation model of "enrollment equivalent to employment, graduation equivalent to job readiness", creating diverse paths for students to achieve success. Taking this cooperation as a new opportunity, the university will rely on jointly built school-enterprise platforms to strengthen joint faculty development, co-development of curricula and shared practical training resources. It will facilitate the organic linkage of education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain, cultivate more high-caliber talents suited to industrial development, and inject new momentum into regional economic growth.
During the ceremony, the university and the enterprise signed three documents: Framework Cooperation Agreement on Liaoning Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprises New Industrialization Institute between Shenyang Institute of Technology and Shanghai Huicheng Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd., Cooperation Agreement on Shengong-Huicheng Modern Industry College, and Joint Development Cooperation Agreement on Industrial Education Intelligent Agents. Focusing on three major directions — digital transformation services for small and medium-sized enterprises, integrated talent cultivation linking industrial and education chains, and R&D of industrial education intelligent technologies — the three agreements establish an all-round, multi-level industry-education integration system and connect talent training with industrial demands in both directions.
Feng Li delivered a detailed introduction to the enterprise’s core businesses, technological advantages and future development layout, demonstrating its innovative capacity and industry responsibility in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Guan Yuntao presented a thematic report, sharing industry development trends from a cutting-edge technology perspective and offering new ideas and directions for innovative school-enterprise cooperation.
Prior to the ceremony, all participants visited the university’s Advanced Manufacturing Center, Huawei-Shenyang Institute of Technology Modern Industry College, Rockwell Automation College, Shenyang Institute of Technology-Midea Digital Lighthouse College and KUKA Authorized Industrial Robotics College.
This school-enterprise signing ceremony serves as a vital starting point for win-win collaboration and shared development between our university and Shanghai Huicheng. Moving forward, abiding by the signed agreements, both parties will continuously deepen collaborative cooperation, focus on core areas including industrial agent R&D and intelligent manufacturing talent training, and strive to build a benchmark model of school-enterprise coordination empowering new industrialization. The two sides will compose a new chapter of coordinated progress between education and industry through high-quality cooperation.
