Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education officially announced the 2025 selection results for the series of projects on ideological and political courses and curriculum-based ideological education in higher education institutions. Our university has achieved remarkable success in multiple fields, including the development of expert think tanks, the creation of ideological and political course teaching materials, the selection of exemplary courses, and the cultivation of typical cases. These achievements demonstrate the university's solid progress in strengthening moral education and talent cultivation through innovative reforms in ideological and political education, with broad coverage, high quality, and strong demonstrative effects.

In the field of expert think tank development, Professor Yang Yue from our university has been successfully elected to the Liaoning Provincial Higher Education Institutions' Expert Advisory Committee for Ideological and Political Education in Courses, ranking among the 30 expert members in the province. As the core intellectual support platform for ideological and political education in courses across the province, this committee undertakes critical responsibilities including policy consultation, model innovation, quality assessment, and exemplary leadership.

In the development of exemplary cases, the "Typical Cases of Ideological and Political Education in Accounting Courses" was successfully recognized as a provincial-level model. This case delves into the ideological and political core values of integrity in professional practice and national economic security. It innovatively establishes a "two-way interaction between teachers and students" implementation model, combining "online ideological and political resource libraries with offline red education base practices." This approach achieves synchronized resonance in knowledge transmission, capability cultivation, and value shaping, yielding replicable and scalable valuable experience.

The concentrated emergence of these achievements stems from the university's high priority and systematic planning for ideological and political education courses and curriculum-based ideological education. Our institution has consistently positioned curriculum-based ideological education as the core approach to implementing the "Three-All Education" (all-staff, all-process, all-round education), integrating it into the university's overall development plan and key tasks of educational reform. Through institutional improvements, faculty training, and teaching research, we have cultivated a robust educational ecosystem where "every course incorporates ideological education, and every individual prioritizes education." Moving forward, the university will further strengthen systematic design and innovative practices in ideological education, ensuring alignment between all courses and ideological education courses. This will help build a higher-level talent cultivation system, contributing to the development of well-rounded socialist builders and successors with moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education, and serving Liaoning's comprehensive revitalization.
