In the golden month of September, fruits are abundant on the branches; educators dedicate themselves to the teaching front, and we pay tribute to them. On September 10th, the celebration of the 41st Teachers’ Day and the 2025 Staff Commendation Conference of Shenyang Institute of Technology was held in the auditorium of the library. With the theme of “Shaping and Strengthening Teachers with the Spirit of Educators, and Composing a Magnificent Chapter in Building a Powerful Education Nation”, the conference recognized the outstanding performances of the staff of Shenyang Institute of Technology in undertaking the mission of the times and outlined the development blueprint of the institute in the new era. Chairman Wang Zhaobao and Secretary of the Party Committee Hu Xiaomei attended the conference and delivered speeches. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President Li Kangju, Executive Vice President Gong Piguo, Vice Presidents Shi Wei, Liu Aiqiu, Xu Ying, Yang Xiuying, and Zhou Yongchang were also present. Wang Zhaobao stated that the wave of the digital economy is sweeping the world with unprecedented momentum, driving all industries and fields to accelerate their transformation towards digitalization and intelligence. This poses new requirements for talent cultivation in universities. Faced with this trend of the times, universities need to take the initiative to reform and integrate transformation into the entire process of school operation.
