This model of “integration of professional chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain” has provided useful references for the sustainable development of preschool education. Relying on the Kindergarten of Shenyang Institute of Technology, the college has explored the collaborative innovation of “preschool education plus digital and intelligent technology”, providing a “Shenyang Institute of Technology solution” for this integration. The university has built the “Wisdom Engine & Deep Space” AI platform, deployed the DeepSeek large model, and created the “Shenyang Institute of Technology Smart” intelligent learning platform, helping preschool education achieve fine observation and evaluation as well as personalized growth support. He pointed out that although China and Russia have differences in children’s development concepts and cultural backgrounds, their educational goals are the same. This forum has promoted international educational cooperation and mutual learning among civilizations, and promoted all parties to explore the path of sustainable development of preschool education in the digital and intelligent era.
Professor Igor Davydovich Lelichitsky shared the core concepts and practical principles of a positive preschool education environment in the history of Russian educational thought from five aspects: the modernity of education as a bridge connecting the present and the future, the emotional cornerstone of a positive educational environment as the educational philosophy of love and patience, the mission and responsibility of teachers from being role models to growth guides, the construction principles of a positive educational environment from concept to practical implementation, and education as a journey of “becoming a true person”.
