Recently, the Association of Graduates Employment of Institutions of Higher Learning announced the selection results of pilot institutions for the "New Era International Employmentacity Building Plan for University Students". With outstanding achievements in international education cooperation and exchanges, our university was selected as one of the first batch of pilot institutions. This is not only high recognition of the achievements of our university's international education, but also opens a new chapter in the work of international talent training for the school. The selection aims to implement "Planning Outline for Building a Strong Education Country (2024-2035)", promote the strategy of strengthening the country by science and education and strengthening country by talents, innovate the talent training mode of universities, and accelerate the cultivation of composite talents with international competitiveness. The selection strictly follows the requirements of the "Notice Carrying out the Work of Reporting and Selecting Pilot Institutions for the "New Era International Employment Capacity Building Plan for University Students" (GJXC [205] No.5) document. The International Education College of our university actively organized the declaration, and finally stood out from many declarations after the expert evaluation and online publicity, became one of the first batch of pilot institutions.

In recent years, the school has always closely integrated talent training with international employment, deepened cooperation with well-known and foreign enterprises such as Huawei, Midea, KUKA, and Siemens, and provided students with diversified internship and employment opportunities. Through modular courses, special, and practical activities, the school has comprehensively improved students' humanistic literacy and global adaptability. At the same time, the school has built an international capacity-building platform teachers, optimized the matrix of research projects, significantly improved teachers' international literacy and cooperative communication ability, and actively conducted research related to international employment. The school has conducted in-depth on key topics such as international talent demand and training models based on its own characteristics, and has injected new vitality into training composite talents who meet the needs of the international community serving the national strategy and regional development. The school has a distinctive feature of internationalization, continuously promoting international exchanges and cooperation, and providing students with a variety of study abroad and-term exchange programs such as "2 2", "3 1", "3 1 2", "4 1 2", and direct into a master's program. This allows students to experience world-class educational resources and broaden their international horizons. In addition, the school has cooperated with Wuhan Huaz Numerical Control Co., Ltd. to set up the "Shenyang Engineering - Huazhong Numerical Control 'Belt and Road' Order Class" and with KA Robotics Limited to set up the "Shenyang Engineering - KUKA Order Class". The school integrates enterprise needs and professional teaching deeply to cultivate urgently needed " language" composite high-quality applied talents in the industry. The school also offers intensive language courses such as English, Japanese, and Russian to all students, providing a "full, small class, immersive" language learning experience, effectively improving students' language application ability and cross-cultural communication skills. Through activities such as cultural exchange activities between Chinese and foreign students international food festivals, Sino-Russian language and cultural festivals, IELTS nights, sharing experiences of various outbound exchange projects, and online Chinese camps, the school multicultural elements into campus life, creates an open and inclusive learning and exchange environment for students, and promotes mutual understanding and respect among students from different cultural backgrounds.
