On May 22, leaders from four universities, namely the School of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Normal University, Yangzhou University, Southwest University of Science and Technology, and Lanzhou Business School, visited our school for inspection and exchanges, focusing on core issues such as innovative model of industrial college construction, talent training and integration of industry and education, and carried out in-depth discussions and experience sharing. Principal Li Kangju, Executive Vice President Gong Piguo, Vice President Yang Xiuying, as well as relevant departments of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Meiyun Zhishu Technology Co., Ltd. and relevant functional departments of our school accompanied the investigation and participated in the discussion.

At the symposium, our school leaders warmly welcomed the visits of the leaders of the four universities and introduced the development of the school in detail. In recent years, our school has closely connected with regional industrial needs and relying on its own school advantages to jointly build an industrial college with leading companies in the industry such as Huawei, Midea, and Kuka China. Among them, the construction achievements of Shenyang Institute of Technology-Huawei ICT talent training global model points and Midea Group Digital Lighthouse Academy global model rooms fully demonstrate the school’s innovative ideas for building a three-in-one coordinated development of "education-tech-telling" in the trinity.

The participants held a heated discussion on issues such as the integration of industry and education, talent training, and industrial college construction in the digital and intelligent era. They systematically analyzed and summarized the experience measures of industry and education integration and the highlights and characteristics of talent training in our school, and highly recognized our school's unique education integration mechanism.

Hu Funian, president of the School of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Normal University, highly praised our school’s education model. He said that the "real sword and gun" industry-education integration model of Chenyang Institute of Technology has set a benchmark paradigm for the transformation and development of applied universities. Shengong has cooperated in depth with leading companies such as Huawei and Midea to organically integrate the actual needs of the company with the teaching system, and achieve seamless connection between technical equipment and teaching scenarios through the joint construction of industrial colleges, effectively promote students' transformation from theoretical knowledge to industrial practical capabilities, and achieve remarkable results in cultivating digital technology application talents. Especially the Digital Lighthouse Academy, which cooperates with Midea, has built a curriculum system, a dual-teacher team, and a practical platform to create a "three-coin mechanism", innovatively create real enterprise scenario teaching cases, realize collaborative teaching between engineers and teachers, and form an integrated chain of talent training and internship employment, providing valuable experience that can be learned from applied universities to explore transformation and development paths.

During the inspection, the leaders of the four universities also visited our school's i5 intelligent manufacturing center, Huawei-Shengong Modern Industrial College, intelligent high-speed five-axis practice base, Inspur Industrial Internet College Joint Innovation Center, Rockwell College, Shengong-Midea Digital Lighthouse College, Shengong-Siemens Advanced Automation Technology Joint Demonstration Practical Teaching Center, and Kuka Authorized Industrial Robotics College, and observed the student project-based teaching results on site.

The visits of the four universities at the same time mark the transition from single exchange to systematic coordination and laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between multiple parties. In the future, our school will continue to promote the connotation-oriented development of the Industrial College, work with brother colleges to build an industry-education integration ecosystem, cultivate more high-quality application-oriented talents that meet the needs of the development of the digital and intelligent era, and help the digital transformation of thousands of industries.
