On July 31st, the launching ceremony of the school-enterprise cooperation between Shenyang Institute of Technology, SIT, and Rockwell Automation Ecological Partner Enterprise was held. Peng Yi said in his speech that SIT, an outstanding representative of private universities in Liaoning Province, has long been committed to cultivating applied talents. Besides, as one of the global leaders in industrial automation, informatization, and digital transformation, Rockwell has made a positive contribution to the economic and social development of Liaoning. The two sides, since 2024, have carried out extensive cooperation contributing to achievements in talent development, professional construction, scientific research, practical training, and internships. This strategic cooperation with enterprise eco-system partners has made positive explorations for school-enterprise cooperation in the province. Peng added he believed that this cooperation will further promote win-win cooperation, cultivate more high-quality applied talents, assist in scientific and technological innovation, lead industrial upgrading, and promote Liaoning's comprehensive revitalization to achieve new breakthroughs. Currently, we are studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Under the leadership of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will accelerate the construction of institutional mechanisms to support comprehensive innovation, and improve the overall effectiveness of the innovation system.
