On August 15, Li Ming, Technical Director of Huawei’s Education Industry in Liaoning, and his delegation visited our university to engage in an exchange meeting regarding matters related to deepening school-enterprise cooperation. Chairman Wang Zhaobao, President Li Kangju, and Vice President Yang Xiuying warmly welcomed Li Ming and his delegation.
During the meeting, Wang Zhaobao, on behalf of the university, extended a warm welcome to Li Ming and his delegation and briefly introduced the university’s educational characteristics, talent cultivation model, and elaborated on the university’s fruitful achievements in the field of school-enterprise cooperation. Wang Zhaobao emphasized that the university has always attached great importance to industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. In the context of new productive forces, the university is actively accelerating the construction of digital infrastructure and hopes to collaborate with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. in multiple areas such as talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, and technological innovation, sharing resources and complementing each other’s advantages to enhance the practical abilities of students and teachers and provide strong talent and intellectual support for local economic and social development.
Li Ming highly praised our university’s educational conditions, talent cultivation model, school-enterprise cooperation, and teaching practice base construction. He also introduced Huawei’s business development in areas such as industry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation, and talent cultivation. He expressed his hope that both parties can fully leverage their respective advantages to continuously promote school-enterprise cooperation, create a model of school-enterprise cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits and win-win cooperation.
Zhu Shuai, Solutions Manager for Colleges and Universities at Huawei Zhejiang, provided a detailed introduction to the “1+1+1” cooperation framework content with Shenyang Institute of Technology. Both parties exchanged views on the details of cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, and technological innovation, and discussed the specifics of jointly applying for a modern industrial college. Both parties stated that they will continue to deepen cooperation, actively respond to the challenges brought by industrial transformation and technological innovation, jointly promote industrial progress and economic development, continuously explore new models and paths for school-enterprise cooperation, and cultivate more high-quality talents who meet the needs of industrial development.
During the visit, Li Ming and his delegation toured our university’s i5 Intelligent Manufacturing Practice Teaching Center, Joint Innovation Center of Inspur Industrial Internet Academy, Rockwell Automation College, Kuka College, and Preschool Education College Practice Teaching Center.
