Recently, President Li Kangju was invited to lead a delegation to visit Russian universities such as Primorye State Agricultural and Technical University, Pacific State University, Novosibirsk State Technical University, Novosibirsk Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and South Ural State University, and reached important cooperation consensus, which promoted the in-depth cooperation between our university and Russian universities in personnel training and scientific research. It opened a new chapter of exchanges and cooperation between our university and universities along the "Belt and Road".

During the visit, the delegation was warmly received by the presidents of the universities. The two sides expressed the hope that on the basis of good cooperation, expand cooperation areas and enhance the depth of cooperation, and conducted in-depth discussions on personnel training, scientific research cooperation, academic exchanges, teacher and student visits, laboratory construction and other issues, signed a cooperation agreement, using the advantages of both sides to jointly train high-end talents with international vision and professional ability.

This visit further deepened the exchange and cooperation between our university and Russian universities, further expanded the channels of our university's foreign cooperation, comprehensively promoted the process of our university's opening up and internationalization of education, and helped the construction of the "Belt and Road". In the next step, the relevant departments of the university will promote the cooperation one by one to ensure that the exchange results are implemented.
