In order to welcome the new round of review and evaluation work and comprehensively improve the quality of undergraduate teaching operation, our school participated in the online training conference on the review and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching work in private universities in Liaoning Province on June 7th, hosted by the Liaoning Private Education Association. Principal Li Kangju, Executive Vice President Gong Piguo, Vice Presidents Shao Yu, Liu Aiqiu, Shi Wei, Yang Xiuying, Zhou Yongchang, and middle-level leaders attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Professor Li Zhiyi, former Vice President of Dalian University of Technology and former President of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, focused on interpreting the main characteristics and implementation points of the new round of audit and evaluation. Professor Liu Zhijun, Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Dalian University of Technology, provided a detailed explanation on the data filling of the online evaluation system and the preparation of online and on campus evaluation and inspection work. Professor Jin Xiaoguang, Executive Dean of Liaoning University of International Business and Economics, shared the experience and practices of Liaoning University of International Business and Economics in the review and evaluation work.

    After the meeting, Li Kangju emphasized in his concluding speech that our university has just completed the evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching qualifications, marking an important milestone in the school’s education and teaching achievements. This training session further clarified the workflow and methods of audit and evaluation, helping leaders to have a deeper understanding of the issues that should be paid attention to during the audit and evaluation period. We hope that all faculty and staff in the school will focus on their own work, take the review and evaluation work as the starting point, and strive to improve the quality of talent cultivation, contributing to the high-quality development of Shenyang Institute of Technology.
