In order to study and implement the Party's twenty great spirits, from March 17 to 19, the Party Committee of SIT held a training course on improving the political ability of leading cadres in the Party School of Jinzhou Municipal Committee. Hu Xiaomei pointed out that study publicity and implementation of the 20th CPC National Congress spirit is the primary political task at present and in the future period, we should continue to study, grasp and implement in an all-round way, to ensure the implementation of that spirit in SIT. We must have a profound understanding of the new major achievements made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and earnestly strengthen our ideological, political, and action awareness of firmly supporting the "two establishments" and resolutely achieving the "two maintenances." Keep in mind the "big thing” and interpret absolute loyalty with practical actions and work results.
Hu Xiaomei emphasized that among the various abilities that cadres need to do a good job, political ability is the first. The baton of building a strong country and national rejuvenation has historically fallen on our generation. We must fully implement the party's education policy, adhere to the direction of running socialist schools, and persist in cultivating souls and educating people with Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It is necessary to transform the requirement of talking about politics from external requirements to internal initiative, continuously strengthen political construction, improve political capabilities, and firmly grasp the correct political direction of various tasks. The leading cadres who participated in the training visited the Liaoshen Battle Memorial Hall, the Tashan Blocking Battle Memorial Hall, the Jinzhou Frontline Command Post of the Northeast Field Army, Donghu Park and other places, and participated in the "Life Dedicated to the Party-The Story of General Zhu Rui, the Father of Artillery" "Liaoshen Campaign-The historical background of the Tashan blockade battle", "War calendar: 29 days that determine the progress of the liberation war" and other micro-party courses. Everyone is deeply aware that our red country was bought with the blood and lives of thousands of revolutionary martyrs. The victory of the Liaoshen Campaign fully embodies the superb strategic vision and strategic planning of Comrade Mao Zedong and other revolutionaries of the older generation. The decisive battle between our party and the Kuomintang during the War of Liberation was not only a battle of military strength and firepower, but also a battle of popular support.
