On November 4th, a special training on the CPC Disciplinary Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) is held in the 205 Lecture Hall of the library. Professor Tang Xiaoqing, director of the Party School of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, was invited to make a special report. Li Wenguo, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection presided over the report. More than 60 middle-level and above leading cadres attended the meeting.

Tang Xiaoqing interpreted the newly revised Regulations in detail from the background, necessity, the main content and basis of the amendment, and illustrated the specific provisions of the Regulations on disciplines in politics, organization, integrity, the masses and life in combination with practical cases. Tang points out, revising the regulations, is a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics to implement Xi Thought and Spirit of party's 19 significant measure, to learn more to understand the regulations, with firm faith strength, bright people's position, strong history responsibility, the spirit of innovation and scientific approach, and the implementation of the regulations earnestly. The report has both in-depth theoretical thinking and rich practical refinement.

Li wenguo put forward three requirements for the study and implementation of the Regulations in the future: first, leading cadres should take the lead in studying the Regulations, abide by the Regulations, conscientiously understand the spirit of the regulations, grasp the essential factors, constantly improve the political position, firmly establish the "four consciousness"(consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, uphold the leadership core, and keep in alignment), constantly enhance the "four self-confidence"(confidence in the path, theory, system and culture), and earnestly achieve the "two maintenance"(resolutely uphold the core of the CPC Central Committee headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the position of the whole Party as the core, and uphold the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee); Second, we should continue to do a good job in the study, training, publicity, education and implementation of the Regulations, strengthen our sense of responsibility, pay close attention to the implementation of the work, and build a clean and upright political environment by combining with the work of schools in welcoming evaluation and promoting construction. Third, we must strictly adhere to the Party's political discipline and rules, take the "Regulations" as the red line, truly implement the requirements of comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance, and ensure the healthy and rapid development of schools in terms of discipline.
