Dai Xiaodan, female, a member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor, master's degree in education, deputy dean of the School of Economics and Management, member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Tourism Management Majors in General Higher Education Institutions of Liaoning Province. Professor Dai mainly engages in teaching and research in hotel management, and has undertaken the teaching tasks of courses such as "Introduction to Tourism", "Quality Management of Hotel Services", and "Business Etiquette Training". Professor Dai has published more than 20 research papers on teaching and scientific research and conference, has undertaken 5 provincial-level teaching reform projects, has been in charge of one provincial-level project for the construction of university student practice education bases, has undertaken 3 school-level teaching reform projects, has edited two textbooks on teaching reform and discipline construction as the chief editor, and has edited four textbooks as the vice editor.
