Li Zhi, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, professor, Ph.D. in engineering. Professor Li specializes in teaching and research in communication engineering. He has taught courses such as "Communication Electronic Circuits," "Modern Switching Technology," "Mobile Communication," and "Satellite Communication." Professor Li has guided many students to win second and third prizes in the national college student electronic design and computer competitions, and has won many first prizes in the provincial competitions. He has hosted a research project funded by the Central Military Commission and has hosted many research and teaching reform projects funded by the Liaoning Provincial Education Department. Professor Li has published 8 EI-indexed academic papers and ISTP papers, obtained 2 utility model patents and 1 software copyright, and edited a textbook. He has won the title of "Outstanding Guidance Teacher" in the Liaoning Electronic Design and Computer Competition many times.
