Zhao Mingjing, female, Member of the Communist Party of China, Associate professor, senior engineer, Master of Agriculture, Deputy Director of Teaching Promotion and Teacher Development Center, member of the Forestry Teaching Steering Committee of Liaoning Provincial Colleges and Universities, director of Liaoning Provincial Horticultural Society.
