On March 28, the university gymnasium buzzed with excitement as the Spring 2025 Graduate Campus Career Fair, themed "Expanding Opportunities, Optimizing Services: Spring Campaign for Employment", concluded successfully. This highly anticipated event, featuring renowned companies, competitive salaries, and attractive benefits, drew over 4,000 students. Enterprises received more than 5,000 resumes, with nearly 1,000 graduates securing preliminary job offers.

The fair hosted over 200 prominent companies, offering a diverse range of opportunities. Attendees included key national enterprises like China Nuclear Industry 22 Construction Co., Ltd., industry leaders such as COFCO Jiakang Co., Ltd. and Muyuan Food Corporation, as well as emerging innovators like XiaoPeng Motors (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Zhongding Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd. These companies spanned fields like smart manufacturing, new energy, modern agriculture, food technology, and automotive technology, providing graduates with a wealth of career options.

University leaders, including Party Secretary Hu Xiaomei and President Li Kangju, visited the fair to engage with corporate representatives. They discussed recruitment needs and development plans, offering strategic guidance to bolster graduate employment efforts.

At the event, industry giants and startups alike showcased their strengths to attract talent. Li Zhifu, Chairman of Fuhong Group, delivered a keynote speech, sharing industry insights and talent development strategies to help students envision their career paths.

The booth of China Nuclear Industry 22 Construction Co., Ltd. drew large crowds, reflecting the appeal of state-owned enterprises. Muyuan Food Corporation offered an annual salary of 120,000 RMB for animal science majors, attracting significant interest. Companies like Sailun (Shenyang) Tire Co., Ltd.and Sichuan Zhongding Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd. efficiently on boarded 8 and 7 graduates on-site, respectively.

A heartwarming highlight was the participation of alumni as recruiters. Shi Mengwei, a 2022 graduate in Human Resource Management and now a provincial recruitment head at Muyuan Food Corporation, returned to scout talent. Similarly, Lin Hongfu, a 2021 Food Quality and Safety graduate, represented XiaoPeng Motors at the fair. Both credited their professional growth to the university’s training and expressed pride in fostering opportunities for current students.

To support job seekers, an "Employment Guidance Service Station" was set up, staffed by experts from the Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone Employment and Talent Service Center, Fushun Employment and Talent Service Center, and the university’s Admissions and Career Office. Services included policy consultations, resume reviews, interview coaching, and free printing, empowering graduates to present their best selves.

Corporate representatives praised the university’s graduates. Ji Yuan, HR Manager at Sailun (Shenyang) Tire Co., Ltd., noted: "Students excel in practical skills and innovative thinking—many alumni are now technical leaders." Zhou Feng from Sichuan Zhongding Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd. highlighted the alignment of engineering programs with industry demands, stating graduates "are job-ready from day one."

This successful fair laid a solid foundation for 2025 graduate employment and deepened university-industry collaboration. With joint efforts from the university, enterprises, and graduates, students are poised to embark on promising career journeys.
