On October 26-27, SIT held discussions and exchanges with 10 Russian universities, including Pacific National University, and reached important cooperation agreements, promoting cooperation between SIT and universities in Russian in talent cultivation, scientific research, and other aspects, opening a new chapter of communication and cooperation between SIT and universities in Russian.
SIT has held discussions and exchanges with Pacific State University, Novosibirsk State Technical University, Binhai State Agricultural and Technical University, Baikal State University, South Ural State University, and Tomsk Polytechnic University. Based on existing cooperation, SIT will carry out in-depth cooperation in various aspects such as scientific research cooperation, teacher-student exchanges, short-term visits, and language training. After consultation, SIT has launched a“2+2”joint training program with Pacific National University and Novosibirsk State Technical University. Students in SIT are going to study professional courses and Russian language courses at SIT for two years, and then go to universities in Russian for a two-year program in the following two years. After graduation, students will receive dual diplomas from SIT and universities in Russian.
SIT have signed school enterprise cooperation agreements with Northeastern Federal University, Samara National Research University, Sakhalin State University, and Irkutsk State Polytechnic University, and will cooperate in various aspects such as talent cultivation, professional construction, scientific research, and teacher-student exchanges.
Visitors from various universities in Russia also visited advanced manufacturing center, practical teaching center at the School of Economics and Management, practical teaching center at the School of Early Childhood Education, and key laboratories in SIT.
Adhering to high-quality education, SIT has cooperated with many Russian universities, constructed a new mode of “specialty+language” international applied talent training, opened “the Belt and Road” order classes, trained high-quality composite talents urgently needed by the industry, carried out service and technical support for countries along the “the Belt and Road”, and helped Liaoning build an open cooperation hub in Northeast Asia. At present, the first batch of Chinese Russian bilingual high-end CNC machine tool technology order class students have joined the “the Belt and Road” construction.
