On September 26th, our school held a cross regional school government enterprise cooperation docking symposium with Kunshan Human Resources Market. Ye Qian, Director of the Employment Promotion Department of Kunshan Human Resources Market Management Committee, Chen Hua, Head of the Allocation Business Group of Kunshan Human Resources Market Group Co., Ltd., and Xu Ying, Vice President of our school, attended the symposium. Both parties jointly signed a government- school cooperation agreement.
On behalf of the school, Xu Ying warmly welcomed the arrival of Ye Qian and her delegation, introducing the school’s development history, educational characteristics, professional construction, talent cultivation, and student employment. The school attaches great importance to the quality of talent cultivation and the employment of students. It has carried out school enterprise cooperation with multiple enterprises, accurately matching the needs of enterprises for talent cultivation. It is hoped that through cooperation with the Kunshan Human Resources Market, a platform will be built to promote cooperation between the school and more enterprises in Kunshan city.
Ye Qian highly praised the construction of our school’s practical teaching center and the students’ practical abilities. She stated that the majors offered by Shenyang Institute of Technology are highly compatible with the industrial development needs of Kunshan City. She hopes that both parties can establish a “government- school- enterprise” service platform, smooth the cooperation channels between Shenyang Institute of Technology and enterprises in Kunshan City, actively promote more Kunshan enterprises to carry out school enterprise cooperation with Shenyang Institute of Technology, broaden student employment channels, meet the talent needs of enterprises, and provide talent and intellectual support for the development of Kunshan City.
Chen Hua provided a detailed introduction to the key industries, future development directions, and talent introduction policies in Kunshan City. He stated that this year marks the eighth year of coordinated cooperation between Liaoning Province and Jiangsu Province. This joint cooperation between the two sides will fully leverage their respective advantages, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and jointly create a new model of government-school-enterprise cooperation with distinctive characteristics and outstanding advantages.
At the symposium, the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automatics and the School of Information and Control of our university introduced their respective programs. Representatives of participating companies spoke up one after another. Tian Bo, the manager of Kunshan Qiuti Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., said, “With the arrival of the digital and intelligent era, the shortage of applied and technical skilled talents is imminent. Shenyang Institute of Technology keeps up with the development of the times and has built so many advanced practical teaching centers to cultivate a large number of high-quality talents that meet the needs of the market and enterprises, providing talent support for our company. Zhang Xiaofu, the HR Director of Kunshan Guoli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., stated that Shenyang Institute of Technology can engage in deep school enterprise cooperation with leading domestic and foreign companies such as Huawei, Inspur, KUKA, Rockwell, etc., to jointly cultivate talents and achieve a “seamless connection" from school to enterprise, thereby cultivating talents that better meet the needs of our enterprise. This precise training is tailored for our enterprise. The talent cultivation achievements of the school are remarkable, and students have solid professional abilities and outstanding practical application abilities. Leaders from Kunshan Human Resources Market Management Committee and Kunshan Human Resources Market Group, responsible persons from 18 enterprises in Kunshan City, as well as relevant persons from the Academic Affairs Office, Admissions and Employment Office, School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, School of Information and Control, and Higher Vocational and Technical College of our university attended the meeting.
Before the meeting, Ye Qian and his delegation visited the Kuka Robot Practice Teaching Center, Rockwell Practice Teaching Center, Inspur Industrial Internet Practice Teaching Center, Intelligent High- Speed Five axis Practice Base, and Preschool Education Experimental Teaching Center.
