SIT held a mobilization of undergraduate teaching evaluation in the report hall of the School of International Education on March 7th designed the successful completion of the evaluation. The participants included  school leaders, middle-level cadres, directors of teaching and research departments, professional leaders, counselors and evaluation expert liaisons attended the meeting. More importantly, President Li Kangju delivered a speech. And, the meeting is chaired by Executive Vice President Gong Piguo.

Gong Piguo gave a lecture on "Winning the Tough Battle for Evaluation at we best "on behalf of representatives of the Evaluation and Construction Leading Group The report clarifies the overall arrangement of the formal evaluation and the guiding ideology for the evaluation. It focuses on further arranging and deploying important tasks for the evaluation based on the actual situation of our school. Scientific division of labor is carried out for the two stages of work before the expert enters the school and during the expert's on-site inspection period, clarifying the responsibilities, requirements, and responsible persons for the evaluation work. He also requires all schools and departments to further improve their materials, strengthen practical exercises, enhance learning and training, and create a good atmosphere.

Meanwhile, the meeting gave clear instructions on the arrangements of the following 11 evaluation working groups and put forward detailed requirements based on the task and effectively play its role. It called on all teachers and staff in the university are absorbed and involved in their work at their best, so as to have a clear understanding and compete every task successfully.

Li Kangju attached the great importance and redeployed the evaluation in his conclusion speech. He emphasized that the evaluation of undergraduate teaching is closely related to the survival and development of SIT, and the results will directly affect the future and destiny of every teacher and student. At present, the process has entered a challenging stage. All faculty and staff should attach great importance to the evaluation work, establish a sense of responsibility for the school, comprehensively compare indicators, learn and understand self-evaluation reports and rectification reports, and steadily and orderly promote various work with a proactive attitude, practical and solid work style, to complete the evaluation task with high quality and ensure that the school successfully passes the qualified evaluation of undergraduate teaching work.
