On January 25, our University and Novosibirsk State Technical University held a video conference to discuss and plan the future cooperation between the two universities. President Li Kangju, Vice President Xu Ying, President of Novosibirsk State Technical University Badaev Anatoly Andreyevich and others attended the meeting. The two universities signed a cooperation agreement and discussed cooperation in student joint training, teacher-student exchanges and scientific research cooperation.
Li Kangju introduced the basic situation of our school, focusing on the cooperation model between our school and Russian, Ukrainian and white universities and the fruitful results achieved. Li Kangju said that Shenyang Institute of Technology implements the strategy of open education, actively responds to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, combines the advantages and characteristics of education, and carries out exchanges and cooperation with a number of universities along the "Belt and Road". The university has a strong strength in engineering, and has cooperation projects with a number of powerful enterprises such as Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., LTD. We are looking forward to the cooperation with Novosibirsk State Technical University. We hope that the two sides will adhere to the focus of system innovation, resource integration, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and promote practical cooperation. We will carry out comprehensive exchanges and cooperation in such areas as personnel training, teacher-student exchanges, and scientific research cooperation.
Badaev Anatoly Andreevich introduced the basic situation and future development plan of the school, and affirmed the fruitful achievements of Shenyang Institute of Technology in teaching, school-enterprise cooperation, laboratory construction and other aspects in recent years. He said that Novosibirsk State Technical University has been committed to international exchanges and cooperation, and has established cooperative relations with a number of Chinese universities and well-known enterprises. In this cooperation with Shenyang Institute of Technology, we hope that both sides can give full play to their respective advantages and establish a multi-angle, multi-field and all-round cooperative relationship, focusing on the cooperation in applied talents training and scientific research cooperation.
At the meeting, the two sides jointly signed a cooperation agreement, and conducted in-depth discussions on student joint training, teacher-student exchanges, scientific research cooperation and other issues and reached a preliminary consensus. This cooperation marks a solid step in the cooperation between the two universities in the fields of education and scientific research, and lays a solid foundation for future close cooperation.
